I have 20 years experience working in hospitality. From establishing a restaurant, running the kitchen and front of house, to converting a farm into a residential creative learning space then transitioning that to a self catering holiday let. I have a wealth of experience to draw upon and share with you.
I have programmed and ran events both on and off line. Hired (and fired) staff. Worked collaboratively with other businesses and self employed chefs.
I can share all of these experiences with you and help you work through where you are at right now.

Mentoring
Having worked as a self employed practitioner I have battled with things like imposter syndrome, felt lonely and overwhelmed and not quite known who to talk to about things. Because of all that I have been developing the skills needed to offer mentoring services. If you are an artist, creative, chef, restauranteur or bit of everything person who doesn’t quite know how to categorize themselves, I can help you work through that!

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to see if we are the right fit for one another. After that, if it feels good then we can set up a time to meet and support you through your current issues, or through a specific project or deadline. I write notes up from our sessions which I share with you and always, always meet you where you are at. Life is complicated and doesn’t always work the way we intend it to, so there’s no use getting in a twist about that, we can just turn up together and be honest about what’s going on.
