Hello, I’m Deborah.

I have worked across the arts and hospitality sector all of my life.

From establishing a restaurant in my 20s where I ran the kitchen and front of house as well as a team of 15, to converting a farm into a residential creative learning space, then transitioning that to a self catering holiday let after the pandemic changed all of our plans.

I’m now in my 40s and have a wealth of experience to draw upon and share.

I have programmed and ran events both on and off line. Hired (and fired) staff. Worked collaboratively with other businesses, helped artists realise projects and supported them through funding applications and transitionary points of their practice, I have also worked with voluntary organizations and a number of self employed chefs.
